On Saturday we hiked up to Timpanogos Cave. You can check it out here: http://gorp.away.com/gorp/resource/us_nm/ut_timpa.htm and there are some great pictures here: http://scenicutah.com/timpanogos/timpanogoscave.php.

I think the boys must really want peace. At least one of them is making a "peace" sign in almost every photo.

It's an incredibly beautiful hike.

We thought it was cool how this tree was shaped like a "J" for... uh... "Onion Ring."

Peace.

Peace, little chipmunk.

It was a challenging hike.

Especially challenging for Junior who was only smiling when we stopped to rest, which we did frequently.

It was amazing how high we climbed.

I shot this photo from the trail in front of the cave and can you see the road at the bottom of the canyon? That's where we started out.

It was only 45 degrees inside the cave--nice after our hike, but cold after a while. We hadn't thought to bring jackets. A word of advice if you ever go: bring jackets.

It was fascinatingly beautiful inside.

Here is the "heart" of the cave.

Everything in the cave is either growing or shrinking.

Peace.
