It's pumkin season! Most Saturday mornings we have pancakes for breakfast and this morning we had these pumpkin pancakes. The recipe I use is found here: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Pumpkin-Pancakes/Detail.aspx and I use whole wheat flour in place of the white. It's my personal favorite and the boys really like them. It's a great way to use up the pumpkin from the garden.
